We optimise compressed air systems by improving their efficiency, thus saving energy.
Why is it worth it?
Compressed air is the most expensive utility in a company. Leakage and installation errors directly contribute to increased costs.
With an audit, we are able to find and remove the sources of losses. When we reduce errors, efficiency will increase.
The purpose of the audit is to detect, determine, calculate and advise on compressed air leaks. We use acoustic cameras to detect leaks.
State-of-the-art equipment allows the smallest leaks to be detected even in hard-to-reach areas without having to stop production. Accurately detect and measure small compressed air and gas leaks (from 0.016 l/min to 0.004 l/min) up to 10 times faster thanks to sound imaging, automatic distance and automatic filtering functions. With our device we can take pictures of leaks, which will be included in the report.
We use only the highest quality equipment.
The Flir Si124 LD PLus ultrasonic camera is an acoustic imaging device that will help to quickly locate compressed air or other gas leaks and incomplete discharges - flares, arc discharges, corona discharges. The single-handed design can help solve problems up to 10 times faster than traditional methods.
Equipped with 124 microphones, the Si124 camera presents precise acoustic images even in noisy industrial environments. The acoustic image is transposed in real time to the digital camera image, allowing the source of the sound to be pinpointed accurately. The unit allows images to be transferred directly to the FLIR Acoustic Camera Viewer cloud where images are stored and can be used for more accurate analysis.
A built-in AI (Artificial Intelligence) algorithm assesses the type of fault and allows for the calculation of losses during the survey. With regular routine maintenance, the FLIR Si124 can help facilities save on utility bills.
